With an improved and functional playground, children can get outdoors and run and play to their heart’s content. Exercise in a playground can have enormous benefits for the classroom. It’s a well-known fact that regular physical activity helps to improve a child’s mental and emotional well-being, by reducing stress and increasing self-esteem and confidence. Regular exercise can also improve cognitive function and academic performance by increasing attention and concentration, and enhancing memory and learning.

ActionAid

ActionAid is a fantastic charity that Nomow regularly supports. The charity works all over the world in a number of areas including improving access to education for children in poverty or crisis-affected areas. ActionAid also works to ensure that children’s rights to education are respected and protected. Their work includes building and rehabilitating schools, training teachers, and providing support to vulnerable children. As well as indirectly helping children in Schools in the UK, we love the fact that we’re directly supporting other children across the world.
