Please note that the average weight for our products is 3kg per m2, this should be considered when arranging deliveries as orders will be made by a one man delivery service- drivers may require assistance in unloading the grass. 4m widths are quite long for one person to carry safely, so drivers may need assistance in unloading your grass. The drivers are only obliged to drop at the main entrance of the property.
We use our own or specialist freight carriers for 4m rolls. Delivery costs are based on weight, quantities and distance to be delivered.
Every effort is made to dispatch the products to you within 1 to 10 days dependent on area and size but due to high demand this is not guaranteed (not including bank holidays)
The following conditions apply to 2m and 4m deliveries:

Please sign the drivers paperwork as “UNCHECKED”.
If you provide the driver with a signature you are accepting the goods have been delivered in perfect condition. We will not be able to make a claim on your behalf for damages if the freight company can provide us with a copy of your signature.
Deliveries will be to the main entrance to your premises, the driver is not permitted to enter your premises. (The handling of the artificial turf is heavy and the roll cannot be bent, it may be easier to leave it outside until ready to be fitted)
You must inform us of any parking or access difficulties that may be encountered. We will pass this information on to the delivery company. If access is not possible for any reason the carrier will unload at the nearest possible location. (Single drivers with no handling equipment may be used, therefore they may not be able to carry your artificial grass far from the place of unloading)
It will be necessary for the driver to obtain a signature for this delivery. The driver is allocated a maximum of 15 minutes to off load and obtain a signature.
We are unable to give a precise delivery time unless it has been agreed by telephone, the standard delivery service used is within seven working days. As we have no control over the deliveries after they leave our warehouse we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays and no compensation will be payable by ourselves.
