Graphics

Graphics for artificial grass are an amazing feature for artificial grass installations in schools and playgrounds. Nomow graphics can add immense value to a site and instantly add a splash of colour and create the WOW factor.

Nomow artificial grass graphics are hand-made by experienced installers. They are highly durable and can be tailor-made to your designs. We’ve created thousands of graphics with the only limit being your imagination. Graphics can be as small as a 50mm width and can include writing, numbers, splashes, swirls, roads, shapes, rivers, animals, hopscotches, and even an organisation’s logo.

Made for Durability

Our graphics are made by experts and are incredibly strong. They are made using the same techniques as how we install lines and markings on sports pitches. Using a stencil, or sometimes free-hand, we cut the shape out of the main artificial grass and an identical piece out of the coloured artificial grass. Placing the coloured shape into the hole, we then use our joining tape and adhesive to firmly secure the graphic in place.

Bespoke Designs

Because our graphics are hand-made, we can create anything that you could draw on a piece of paper. Our installations department can work with you on the design, or you can even give us general instructions on what to create, and we’ll build it. Huge playgrounds can have a multitude of interconnecting patterns and designs.

Knitted Designs

If you prefer a very high level of intricacy and complexity, we can manufacture knitted graphics. These can be created for any grass type and any pile height.

The results are truly amazing. They can be used in sports facilities, playgrounds, golf greens, events or even the entrance to an organisation.

Educational Games

One of the best uses for graphics in schools is during educational games. Graphics can look good and fill a child’s imagination, but they can also be used more formally by teachers.

A simple design of 4 splodges in the corners of a play area, for example, can have a huge variety of applications within educational games. Teachers can use the coloured areas to direct children to “the red area” or “the blue area”. Children can be instructed to run around the markings creating a quick circuit. And more complicated designs can be used for specific games that fit into the curriculum.

Rainbow Range is the go-to for graphics. Most of our graphics are cut from Rainbow Range as it is available in a wide variety of colours.. This is a brilliant artificial grass that has been used in thousands of play areas up and down the UK. It has a pile height of 24mm which is a very average height, allowing Rainbow Range to fit in well whenever it’s placed alongside a more realistic, green artificial grass.
