Always keep your online receipt for any products purchased. It will enable us to deal with your cancellation or return quickly.
Products Delivered To You
These terms are in line with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Due to the fact that our Artificial Grass is bespoke made for each customer, we reserve the right to not accept returns for Artificial Grass. Any products that are not bespoke made, such as accessories or clearance rolls, may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Bespoke items that are accepted for return, are subject to the following conditions
- A collection or delivery charge at a minimum of £25. Your collection charge will be calculated on your location if you were not charged a delivery fee.
- A ‘Production Fee’ which includes the cost of production and degraded stock. This is calculated at 25% of the original order value.
- The item is unused
- You have proof of purchase
- The item was not damaged by the customer
Non-bespoke items that are accepted for return, are subject to the following conditions
- A collection or delivery charge

- The item was delivered within 14 days of the request for the return
Damaged or Faulty Products
Goods received should be fully rolled out and inspected before use. Any faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods should be reported to our sales team immediately. Please note that products may have a slight colour variation due to the product being manufactured in batches and this is not a fault.
Do not fit or use the goods in anyway as you will then be liable for the costs and liable for keeping the goods. If the goods have not been used, we may offer a repair, exchange, or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights and our terms.
If you are arranging an independent fitter or as the fitting company you are ordering goods to install, we suggest that you do not schedule any installation work until a few days after receiving the delivery. This will enable you to check the goods and resolve any technical issues. Please take a moment to check the details on the order confirmation, to ensure the correct products have been ordered and that the delivery address and other details are as you requested.
Any refunds must be agreed with the company upon collection of the product. Once we have checked your return, we will contact you to discuss if you are eligible for a refund.
