Eco 28 – 28mm

Eco 28 is a fully recyclable artificial grass. It uses a special woven polymer backing which is the exact same material as the yarn. This material is 98.85% Polyolefin which exceeds the standards for recyclability. The special backing more closely resembles a plastic mesh, and therefore allows water to pass through it even easier than are standard artificial grass.

Not only is artificial grass pretty much the opposite of ‘Single-use’ plastic, in that it has an expected lifetime use of 20 years, but at the end of Eco 28’s use it can be recycled into something completely new.

Eco 28 has a 28mm pile height which gives it an excellent look and feel. although we have gone the extra mile in creating a recyclable artificial grass, we have not sacrificed on any aspect of quality in the grass. It is UV stabilised and highly durable.

The Artificial Grass is recycling code 7 (Other). This means that although it is made from a blend of plastics, it is recyclable. However, customers should check with their local authority as it is not generally collected from households for recycling.
