Nomow Puts Forward Plans to Help Local Start-up Companies

A plan to build four new commercial properties has been put forward for the grounds here at Nomow HQ. The spaces would be aimed at new start-up businesses in the local area who are looking to move into office spaces.

Michael Tittershill, Director at Nomow, has put forward exciting plans to the High Peak Borough Council.

Michael told us:

The start-up units are designed to be functionally adaptable and could easily be utilised for office, retail or light industrial businesses. We believe that the proposed scheme will provide an exciting opportunity for local businesses looking to move into their own spaces while providing more jobs in the local area.

The proposed brick base was chosen to tone with the nearby residential properties while the upper cladding references the industrial units in close proximity.

The new developments would create 516 square metres of commercial space and accommodate around 11 members of staff, 7 parking spaces and the potential for secure parking for bicycles for commuters.
