Demelza House is a 6-bedded hospice providing a large range of hospice and care services to children, young people and their families local to Nomow manager Adam Luckhurst in Kent. Offering invaluable help and support to life-limited or life threatened children or young people and their families benefit from a wide range of facilities that include the use of multi-sensory and soft play equipment. The hospice offer specialist short-term planned breaks, Emergency short breaks, Palliative care and symptom control, End-of-life care and day care.

Nomow’s Adam Luckhurst has been involved with Demelza House for many years and has said about the project; “Over the last couple of years I have been involved in several fund raisers for Demelza House. They are a children’s hospice, close to where I live, and they do fantastic work for terminally ill children, with having two young children myself I couldn’t even begin to imagine how those families feel. So when Kimberly Clark asked if I would support them in renovating a decking area it was the least I could do for the children and their families.” Both Nomow and Demelza House are delighted with the finished project and Nomow are proud to have had the opportunity to do what little we can to help this wonderful charity.
